Christians often compare what they have seen in their life so far, with what those ministers are seeing in their life, so they disqualify themselves from ministering in certain capacities. This may not be a conscious decision, but when you look at someone else ministering by the Spirit and are only thinking about your flesh, you slip into disqualifying yourself.
