  • You Have A Gift. You Have A Ministry. (Clip) | 12/17/25

Pastor Mike teaches that if we will renew our mind we won’t be able to help but fulfill our ministry. When each person does this, we function as a body. Audio>

  • What You Fear Isn’t Real – Part 2: Open Eyes

    Length: 10 minutes | Download >

In our last part, we showed that Jesus delivered us from everything we could be afraid of. Therefore, if we are still afraid, we are only afraid because of what we’re not seeing of Jesus’ provision. That is a universal truth that applies to every person, in every situation. You are not the exception. People only fear because of what they’re not seeing about Jesus. That is the only source (Isaiah 26:3).

  • The Truth About “Waiting On The Lord”

    Length: 7 minutes

“Wait on the Lord.” Some people love the term. Some people don’t. Either way, the term is usually misunderstood.

  • Sinning Doesn’t Leave Believers Vulnerable To The Devil

    Length: 11 minutes

People often believe that if a Christian sins, that leaves them susceptible to the Devil, to bring trouble or sickness into your life. While I don’t agree with sin, if that is true, none of us have any surety of protection.

  • Yes, It Does Change What You Did

    Length: 8 minutes

We’ve spoken a lot about how Jesus makes us righteous, blameless, and free from guilt (Colossians 1:22). I would encourage you to get a thorough training in those truths. But sometimes, even when you know these things, if you do something wrong, you still have a nagging negative emotion. What is that?

  • Strengthen That Weary Soul!

    Length: 8 minutes

Apart from Jesus, how does a human body get tired? By doing hard things over and over again. How does a human soul get tired? By looking at hard things over and over again. How do you strengthen a tired soul? By looking at lovely, easy things in Jesus.

  • Ministering Is Easy When You Know Jesus Affects Everything

    Length: 5 minutes

Sometimes, when people picture having a “Jesus-conversation” with someone else, they think it needs to look like a Bible study or traditional witnessing. Actually, you could be talking about any given subject with someone and still be talking about Jesus.

  • Keep Running And Thrive

    Length: 8 Minutes

Many times, believers look at things they’ve done in their life and think they’ve messed everything up. Or they look at some hardship they’ve experienced and feel they’ll never recover. Or they may have gotten off track and feel like everyone has left them behind, forgotten. The truth is, if you’ll take the gospel and believe it, you can thrive no matter what has happened.

  • The Golden Goose: The Solution To Seeking Worldly Things

    Length: 8 Minutes

Sometimes, even though we know that we should be meditating on Jesus, our minds can get caught up, chasing after the so-called “good things” of this life. Whether that’s wealth, our job, other people, or any earthly pleasure. These things can be temptations to draw our mind from the Lord, but here’s the answer to keep you from getting caught up in the world.

  • Let Go Of The Things That Make You Poor

    Length: 10 Minutes

God is not asking us for any payment for the things He’s given, but when things hinder our knowledge of Jesus, those are things we should certainly let go of — not as if we’re offering it to God, but for our own sake. Trust me, when you give something up to know Jesus more, you’re not making a sacrifice. You’re letting go of the things that make you poor, for a Wisdom that wants to make you rich.

  • He No Longer Holds You To That Standard

    Length: 7 Minutes

Many years ago, I started learning about how forgiven and righteous I was through Jesus. It was an amazing revelation. I finally felt clean and presentable before the Lord. Whenever I did something wrong, I would remember how righteous the Lord had made me. While that was an unspeakable consolation to me, something was missing, and I didn’t know what it was.

  • Being A Slave Means It’s Easy (Righteousness And Life)

    Length: 12 Minutes

If you were to read Romans 5-7 (and a bit of chapter 8) you would find words like “reign, slave, dominion, captivity, and law (as in a governing authority).” There are a lot of words describing a slave/master relationship. That’s because, before we knew Jesus, we were slaves to sin and death. Those were the two things that came through Adam. Likewise, we now have a new slavery to righteousness and life – the opposite of what Adam enslaved us to. Romans 5 calls it “righteousness and grace.”

  • Righteousness Doesn’t Allow It To Stick

    Length: 9 Minutes

Amongst the most foundational things that you can know about death, hurt, aging, or the common cold (it’s all the same thing), is that these things are only in the world because of Adam’s sin. That’s right. It’s only in the world because of sin… that very thing that you’re cleansed of!

  • The Menu

    Length: 15 Minutes

These are amongst the most fundamental things to understand about receiving from God. To most people, what God does or doesn’t do in their life is mysterious and unpredictable at best. People will use God’s sovereignty as an excuse to say that He will essentially do anything, at any time, and we don’t know what He’s going to do next.

  • Your New Normal

    Length: 4 Minutes

We live in a world full of “you touch the stove, you burn your hand,” “you fall down, you skin your knee,” “everybody has problems,” “nobody knows everything,” “nobody’s perfect,” “everybody dies.” These things are held as more than just normal in this world. These things are held as common sense. But if these things are also normal to the church, then in this life, what’s the point of being a new creation? Are we just a version of the world with better morals?

  • Be Still, Just Know (Resurrection Handbook – Part 17)

    Length: 7 Minutes

We need to normalize things like resurrection in our minds. That’s what the Bible would call “the renewal of your mind.” And as simple as that is, that’s how people get raised.

  • Definitive Proof We Can Raise The Dead (Resurrection Handbook – Part 13)

    Length: 8 Minutes

We’ve already been over many scriptural proofs, but for anyone who believes scripture, this is the simplest and most profound proof that physical resurrection is a part of our inheritance.

  • Normalizing What’s Normal (Resurrection Handbook – Part 12)

    Length: 6 Minutes

Because of what Jesus provided, raising the dead back to life is nothing extraordinary or unusual. You don’t need a “special anointing” to see it in your life. You just need to have a clear idea of what you have in Christ.

  • Death Is Not God’s Solution To Suffering (Resurrection Handbook – Part 11)

    Length: 9 Minutes

Paul was someone who suffered quite a lot for the gospel’s sake, but even he acknowledged that Jesus had fixed this, and the death and hurt he suffered was based on his own lack of knowledge (as is always the case – 2 Cor. 4:12, 2 Tim. 1:10, Rom. 8:6). But regarding the relief of his suffering and pain, he said these famous words:

  • God’s Not Appointing “A Time” For People To Die (Resurrection Handbook – Part 9)

    Length: 9 Minutes

When someone dies, people say that it was God’s “time” for them to die. Not only is that untrue, but God is trying to do quite the opposite. He’s trying to cause people to live (Romans 8:11). And you would think that would be less controversial than it is.

  • God’s Not “Calling People Home” (Resurrection Handbook – Part 8)

    Length: 6 Minutes

When someone dies, the church tells us that the Lord “called them home” or, “It was their time.” If, when people die, it is simply because the Lord called them home at their appointed time, then why did Jesus routinely raise people back up from the dead in His earthly ministry? For that matter, why has God been raising people from the dead since the Old Testament?

  • No Such Thing As Incurable (It’s Not Denial. It’s Just The Truth.)

    Length: 7 Minutes

This certainly doesn’t need to happen to begin with, but if a believer gets a diagnosis of something permanent, chronic, incurable, or hard to fix, they may suddenly feel like, “This isn’t really happening to me.” They may feel, “This is so foreign, it can’t even be real.” While the world would tell you you’re in denial, I am here to tell you that, as far as the permanent nature of it, you’re right. It’s not really happening to you. Let me explain.

  • Your Inevitable Outcome (Slave Means Stuck)

    Length: 5 Minutes

When you’ve gone through some addiction, habit, sickness, or pain for a long time, many people, and unfortunately many believers as well, feel sort of trapped or stuck, wondering if this thing will ever go away. I’ve got good news for you. As a believer you are a slave to righteousness and God’s life-giving power. That’s the only thing you’re stuck in. Let’s unpack that.

  • Reality Check (It’s Too Good To Close Your Eyes)

    Length: 5 minutes

People without Jesus need constant “escapes from reality.” They try to drown out the reality of their world with things like drugs, alcohol, parties, TV, video games, vacations, and even sleep. They are happiest when they are not remembering the real world, but for a believer, it’s all the contrary. We are happiest when our eyes are opened to our world.

  • Don’t Turn Back

    Length: 6 minutes

Since Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, God had been teaching the Jewish people the gospel. One of the manifestations of their belief in the gospel was God’s promise that they would inherit the land of Canaan. God had been speaking this promise to them for generations, and when the Jews were enslaved by Pharaoh, God raised up Moses and Aaron to reiterate this promise to the Jews once again, and to deliver them from their slavery to Pharaoh, in a trajectory toward Canaan, the land of promise.

  • Young Like Jesus – Part 7: Abraham And Sarah

    Length: 8 minutes

We’ve been learning about what it means to have an everlasting, unchanging nature inside of us, that can sustain our bodies in this youth forever! • Don’t Forget To Enjoy Him For Yourself

    Length: 4 minutes

Sometimes we have family members, friends, and people close to us that either don’t choose Jesus or refuse large portions of the gospel. It is inevitable that certain people are just not open right now to certain truths. Be that as it may, God has provided something special for you and wants you to enjoy it, regardless of what decisions other people are making.

  • Paul’s Thorn In The Flesh (The Truth This Time)

    Length: 9 minutes

I’m sure you’ve heard about “Paul’s thorn in the flesh” that is mentioned in 2 Corinthians 12. Even unbelievers will use the phrase “a thorn in my flesh” or “a thorn in my side” for things that are annoying or irritating. But this passage of scripture has been so terribly misinterpreted, and God has been accused of some atrocities that He never committed because of it.
