A couple years ago I had been diagnosed with silent seizures and a visible cyst on my brain. Some people would think the worst or ask, “Why would God do this?” Looking back, years ago I would have thought the same. The difference is, now I have the TRUTH! Reform church preaches the truth! God already accomplished my healing! He sent His Son to die for my healing! By Jesus’ stripes I have been healed! What an awesome testimony I have, to say that my seizures and cyst are gone!

Nathan (6 Years Old) – Today, I slammed the door on my finger and it was really painful. It was very red. Daddy (Bro. Matt), Mom-Mom (Miss Kim) and Lingey (Pastor Mike) prayed for my finger. A few minutes later, my finger felt very warm and then it stopped hurting. The redness went away too. Jesus healed it!

Also, a couple of days ago, my toe hurt. It was very painful. Mommy (Miss Lindsay) prayed over it. It recovered over night! It’s totally better now.

Growing up I was taught that if you did something bad you needed to beg for God’s forgiveness. When I made mistakes, I remember crying and begging Jesus to forgive me. Well, that is not the case. The only thing you need to do is believe in Jesus. It is such a amazing thing to know that no matter the mistakes you may make, you have been forgiven. You are clean. Now when I pray it is to thank Jesus.

I’m persuaded that death is what Jesus took for me at the cross. I live because He lives! Now I see others struggling with sickness and death as an opportunity for the Lord to heal them through me, or for me to encourage them with the truth. I think so differently now. Every day is a dream-come-true. Reform Church is teaching true freedom… and that’s Jesus!

When it comes to guilt, realizing who Jesus was dying for, and whose guilt and shame He was bearing, has made me feel so loved and cared for, down to the deepest parts of me. My life was full of stress and unhappiness, letting feelings take over my day. The preaching at this church has changed my life. What is preached is pure truth. My life, from the second I woke up, to the second I went to bed, was full of worry and anxiety, but there is no reason to feel those emotions when you realize the circumstance has a fix! When I first showed up at Reform Church, I was a hot mess – frustrated, confused, and exhausted beyond measure, from a mixture of law and grace based teaching. I’d like to say how thankful I am for Reform Church, a true light in this world. They highly exalt Jesus and preach the actual gospel, and in this regard, they occupy an elite status. In my twenty-one years as a believer, I’ve never found another church that preaches the real radical truth about Jesus and what He’s done for us, and Reform Church does so with passion, consistency, and excellence.

Throughout all these years, I encountered ultimately the same problem at each church I tried to attend: messages that severely misrepresented what Jesus has done for us and really put the focus on our own efforts to live out the gospel. I cringe when I think about the harm inflicted not only on me but doubtlessly many others, including non-believers who are seeking real answers. 

So, thank the Lord for Reform Church! Finally, a shining beacon of truth. A place to be richly blessed with messages centered on Jesus and His finished work, our righteousness in Him, heaven on earth now, a permanent rest in God, and freedom from oppressive religious traditions. They have the “words of eternal life.” May all nations and kings come here to receive the Good News!

I attended church for many years. I even attended Bible school. I thought I knew what Jesus had done, but it wasn’t until I started attending Reform Church that I really learned the truth of who Jesus was, and all that He had provided at the Cross. You see, I thought there was more I could do, when all along it was what He had already done for me. As I began learning these truths I started to understand the “rest” that Jesus had provided. I used to get dizzy spells on and off for years. I thought it was my sin that left me without protection from God. I thought that if I sinned, I was left vulnerable to the devil, without protection. Prior to attending Reform Church I was so self conscious about who I was, that I wanted nothing more than to attend a church where I could remain anonymous. When I began attending Reform Church I was greeted with a warmth and acceptance that can only be characterized as having come from the Spirit. As I listened to a series of messages, I was enlightened to the necessity of being Christ-conscious rather than self-conscious. I’ve grown so much from the teaching at Reform Church. One area that stands out to me is the revelation of Jesus throughout the Old Testament. Now I’m able to see the gospel of Jesus so clearly in stories and passages that I grew up reading, but never understood. It’s amazing to look back at what I used to believe. So many things didn’t make sense to me but I took them at face value as truth. After learning and understanding what Jesus came to do and what He accomplished, I realized that much of what I used to believe is far from the truth, and why it was so confusing to me. I used to have a very sensitive stomach. I would wake up feeling nauseous. For a long time, I couldn’t eat breakfast, and when I did, I could only eat very small amounts. I’m not sure when it faded off, but the more I began learning what Jesus did for me, I realized that I don’t wake up feeling sick anymore! I wake up with an appetite and feeling well!
